Artwork that is only about wanting to be famous will never make you famous. Any fame is a by-product of making something that means something. You don't go to a restaurant and order a meal because you want to have a shit.

Both? I wasn't sure, since it wasn't listed on the gallery or some of the pictures I've viewed. One of my favorite professional artists, Alex Ross, uses photographs for reference. His stuff is magnificent.

The "only work of yours that I like very much"... what kind of a comment is that? :/ I happened upon your gallery when I saw your recent most DA submission, and I must say, you've got cool stuff. Your recent submission of the black-armored woman actually reminded me of a videogame -- "Phantasy Star Online," to be exact. That's mostly because of the background, for the character itself is pure European/American fantasy, and it's awesome. I like the pieced armor work. However, I've looked around your gallery and I think you've got quite a few cool things. Do you do photo manipulation, use photos as a basis for a drawing, or is it all from scratch? I'm wondering about the methods to your madness. Cool stuff.
